# PADI - Beginner Freediver Course Freediving is a unique blend of freedom, discipline, and adventure. No previous experience with snorkeling, skin diving, or freediving is required, making this course accessible for all. ### Course requirements - Static dive: At least 90 seconds - Dynamic dive: At least 25 meters - Constant weight dive: Between 10 – 16 meters - Theory exam ### The course includes - Engaging theory sessions where you independently absorb the fundamentals of freediving using the PADI Freediver Touch™. - Two confined water sessions to practice techniques safely. - Two open water sessions for real-world application. - Stretching & breathing sessions to enhance your capabilities. - PADI Certification costs covered. - Access to video material and freediving equipment. - Optional DAN insurance during training (just mention it when registering). The Freediver Touch™ is an innovative study tool that allows you to learn at your own pace. With everything available digitally on your tablet, mobile, or PC, you can study whenever it suits you. The Touch is an interactive study tool that gives you the information and theoretical knowledge to be able to freedive safely, and with which you can learn at your own pace. Study yourself when it suits you. Everything digitally on your tablet, mobile or PC. No internet connection required.
